Position:

We are currently on the lookout for an Enthusiastic and Operationally Strong Individual for the role of experienced Sales/Lead Closer at our office based in Lahore. The incumbent should have the below-mentioned skillset, expertise and experience in the field.

Responsibilities, Duties and Skills required:

  • Engage with qualified leads and utilize exceptional closing techniques to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. Act as the main point of contact throughout the final stages of the sales process.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives and propose tailored digital marketing solutions that align with their goals.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships, providing ongoing support and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Regularly follow up with potential clients to move deals forward and ensure high closure rates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Take ownership of the sales pipeline to ensure timely and effective follow-up and conversion.
  • Accurately track sales activities, report on pipeline progress, and provide feedback to management on opportunities and challenges.
  • Use strong negotiation skills to handle client objections and close high-value deals.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems to manage the sales process and monitor progress.
  • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients after the sale is closed.

Education/Qualification:

Graduation in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT or any relevant field with 2 to 3 years of experience preferably in the US Market.
