Position:

We are currently on the lookout for a Proactive and Experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at our office based in Lahore. The incumbent should have the below-mentioned skillset, expertise, and experience in the IT industry to effectively source, evaluate, and hire top talent across various technical domains.

Responsibilities, Duties and Skills required:

* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for various technical roles (e.g., developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, etc.).

* Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed), social media, networking, and employee referrals.

* Screening and Assessment: Conduct in-depth screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit against technical requirements.

* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical needs, define job specifications, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.

* Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or tracking sheet with accurate and timely candidate information and recruitment progress.

* Market Analysis: Stay updated on IT industry salary trends and market availability to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.

* Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting the company’s employer brand both online and offline.

* Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and candidate pipeline status.

* Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.

* Proven ability to work independently, manage high-volume recruitment, and achieve hiring KPIs.

Education/Qualification:

Graduation or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with an experience of 3-4 years in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT/Software industry.
